DMCA Notice for Modapkjoy

Once we receive a properly submitted DMCA notice, we will review the claim promptly. If we determine that the content in question is infringing on your copyright, we will remove or disable access to it as soon as possible. We may also contact the user who uploaded the content to inform them of the takedown and offer them the opportunity to file a counter-notice if they believe the content was removed in error.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled in error, you have the right to submit a counter-notice. To file a counter-notice, you must provide the following information:

• Identification of the content: Specify the material that was removed and the URL where it appeared before it was removed.

• Your contact information: Include your name, address, phone number, and email address.

• Statement of good faith belief: Include a statement that you believe, in good faith, that the material was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.

• Signature: An electronic or physical signature of the user submitting the counter-notice.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, Modapkjoy will forward it to the copyright holder who submitted the original DMCA notice. If the copyright holder does not file a court action to prevent the restoration of the content within 10-14 business days, we may restore the content to the website.
